We do not put a number on it. Hair care is slow, and we are not going to guess a date for you. What we can tell you is exactly what is in the bottle, and that you have thirty days to decide whether it earns a place in your routine.

It is not an hour of doing anything. Put it on when you get up and wash when you were going to wash anyway, or put it on the evening before. The waiting happens while you get on with something else.
