The serums
What is the difference between Max Growth and Max Density?
Max Growth is built on five peptides, named one by one on the bottle, in a 1 fl oz size. Max Density is a botanical serum led by rosemary leaf extract, in a 2 fl oz size. Both are leave-on scalp serums and both cost the same.
Do the serums contain minoxidil?
No. Neither serum contains minoxidil or anything pharmaceutical. Both are cosmetic products.
Are they vegan?
Yes. Nothing in either formula is animal-derived, and the lecithin comes from soy.
Are they fragranced?
No fragrance is added to either formula. The botanical extracts carry a light scent of their own.
What is not in them?
No parabens, sulfates or silicones, and no added fragrance. Everything in each formula is printed on the bottle, so you can check any of this yourself.
Using them
How do I use them?
Apply a few drops directly to the scalp and massage with fingertips for one to two minutes, until absorbed. Use daily. Max Growth needs no rinsing. Max Density is left on for at least one to two hours before you wash your hair.
Can I use both serums?
Yes. Both are leave-on and neither needs rinsing. One can go on in the morning and the other at night, or you can alternate days.
How long does a bottle last?
That depends on how many drops you use. At a few drops a day, the 1 fl oz Max Growth bottle is about a month of use and the 2 fl oz Max Density bottle about a month to six weeks.
Is there anything I should know before using them?
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and keep them out of reach of children. If you are under a doctor's care for anything to do with your scalp, speak to them before starting.

How does the subscription work?
Choose the subscribe option on either product page and a bottle ships every month at the discount shown there.
Can I skip or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account. You can skip a delivery, change the date, or cancel altogether. There is no cancellation fee.
When am I charged?
On each delivery, at the subscription price shown when you signed up.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only, for now.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping then takes 5 to 10 business days and expedited 2 to 5. The full detail is in the shipping policy.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
You have 30 days from delivery. If a serum is not for you, email info@elourahair.com with your order number. There is no form to fill in, no reason required, and an opened bottle is fine.
Do I need to send the bottle back?
No. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, within 5 to 10 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@elourahair.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
