At Eloura, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@elourahair.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item as needed.
