Returns and refunds

Eloura offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If a serum is not for you, return the product and we refund it. You do not have to finish the bottle, and you do not have to give a reason.

1. The guarantee

The guarantee covers your first order with us. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return the product, opened or not. These are leave-on scalp serums, and there is no way to know whether one suits you without using it, so on your first order the guarantee covers opened product.

The guarantee applies to the first order only. Opened bottles from any later order cannot be returned.

2. How to return the product

Email info@elourahair.com within 90 days of delivery and tell us your order number. There is no form to fill in and no reason required. We will reply with where to return the product.

3. Refunds

The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, within 5 to 10 business days of us confirming it. You will get an email when it has been issued.

4. Subscriptions

A subscription can be skipped, rescheduled or cancelled at any time from your account, with no cancellation fee. The 90-day guarantee applies to the first delivery only.

5. Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email info@elourahair.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. This sits alongside the 90-day guarantee rather than replacing it.
